We accept all major debit and credit cards, we also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna

We offer payment through Klarna which offers a buy now pay later service


We accept returns at any time within 28 days from the day you received the goods, please see our Shipping & Returns page for more information

If you need to return you order or an item from your order please contact us detailing your order number, what needs to be returned and the reason for the return. For more information on returns please see our Shipping & Returns page 

We process refunds when we receive the returned item and check that it is still in a resalable condition, refunds can take a day or two to come through depending on how you paid


We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, however if you need a specific item or order urgently, please get in contact with us and we'll try to assist

We ship all orders with Royal Mail and provide a range of options of both standard shipping and tracked services, to see the full list of shipping services please see our Shipping & Returns page 

Unfortunately parcels occasionally get lost in the Royal Mail system, if your parcel has not arrived within a few days of receiving the shipping confirmation please contact us 

Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the UK at the moment
