UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch all items within 1 - 2 working days of receiving an order, when you go through the checkout you will be offered shipping options relevant for your order. Most orders are shipped using Royal Mail and there is a choice of Royal Mail services depending on the size and weight of your order.

A small number of products are supplied directly by partner distribution centres where other shipping providers may be used. Free shipping over £40 may not be applied to products distributed from these locations and we will charge delivery rates that may differ from the below table. All delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment, please check the delivery charge before you pay.

For most orders shipping is available free of charge for orders over £40 via Royal Mail 2nd Class. For most orders under £40 the following rates apply.

Tracked shipping is currently unavailable due to the recent Royal Mail disruption.

When we dispatch your order you'll receive an email, which will contain your tracking details if you have selected a tracked service.

If you have a specific delivery requirement, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Overseas Delivery

Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of the UK, if you can't find a local supplier of a certain product, please feel free to contact us and we'll see if we can help.

Returns Policy

Whilst we hope that in every instance you are more than pleased with your purchase, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund the cost of the item, or offer an exchange; whichever you prefer. In this case, please contact us using the contact form on the website and we will endeavour to process the refund or exchange as soon possible. We will refund the cost of the items returned, but not the postage charges. 

We accept returns at any time within 28 days, beginning on the day you receive the goods. In the case of faulty goods, we can either send out a brand new item as a replacement or offer a full refund including the postage costs. We try our utmost to ensure all our products are of the highest quality, but on the rare occasion that something does go wrong we’ll do all we can to rectify the problem.

If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment you used to place your order.    

Returns Procedure

A returns form will be emailed to you upon contact with details of how to pack the item and where to return to, following the procedure below:

• Pack the product in its original packaging 
• Pack the product to avoid damage during transit
• Include a copy of your original delivery note or your name address, phone number, order number and whether you require a refund or a replacement

Please note: we will refund the cost of the item's returned once received by us. The original shipping cost will only be refunded in the case of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, once all items are received by us. The cost of returning the item to us will only be covered in the case of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. For all other returns the customer must cover the cost of returning the item to us.
